Disclosure to members, donors, and sponsors:
Complaints against Carrillo PTO, Inc. have been filed with the California Attorney General and U.S. Internal Revenue Service pertaining to it's financial controls, compliance with tax-exempt requirements, and poor governance. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.
Our Mission
The mission of the Parent Teacher Organization is to enrich the educational experience of all Carrillo Elementary students and to enhance the community of students, families and staff.
The Carrillo PTO is a registered non-profit organization. All proceeds stay within Carrillo Elementary and the San Marcos Unified School District.
